We’ll begin with a heat-building flow to awaken circulation, strengthen the body, and energize the system during the colder season. Then we'll transition into gentle, restorative postures and guided rest to soften effort, calm the nervous system, and ground your energy.
This thoughtfully balanced practice invites you to explore both strength and surrender — leaving you feeling steady, renewed, and connected to your inner light.
